The leadership challenges that we face today require a new way to think about leadership. Leaders must be able to cross boundaries, build bridges, and orchestrate systemic changes.
The challenges might be overwhelming, and the task daunting, but here we stand--so how shall we respond? Do we perpetuate tribalism and division, or do we front-up and seek to be responsible actors to make our organizations, our communities, our nations, and ultimately this planet a better place for all?
