THE PURPOSE

The painting that you see is of the ancient Greek philosopher Heraclitus worrying about the state of the world. He is known for his philosophy that the world is in a constant state of flux. He once remarked that you can never step in the same river twice, as each time you do it the river will have changed, and you will have changed. He was deeply disturbed by the blindness and ignorance of human beings and the negative consequences of their actions. He was an advocate of critical thinking and self-knowledge. Without that, progress would be elusive.

Thinking Heads Global was established to promote a global mindset and to build leadership capacity to address the complexities of the problems that we face today.  These problems require that we transcend our tribal enclaves and impulses, and work together across boundaries to create value, and generate shared sustainable progress.
